6th Form

The yearly institutional project was adapted by the students in the following way. Before developing the areas in English, they had been previously taught by the computer lab teacher, Andrea.

Then, they researched intensely the six minitopics chosen to work in groups.These were:
1. Viruses
2. Instant messages
3. Cellphones and internet
4. File sharing
5. Cyber bulling
6. Net working
Later they worked each topic out  from the angle of creativity trying to make it visually attractive and entertaining. They came up with great ideas and they enjoyed the whole process.  They showed special effort when designing some games for parents as they took into account the fact that some of the  audience was not familiar with English.Students also worked with the web in order to create 3-D posters and projects in order to present information on the subjects of viruses, file sharing programs, cyber bulling and many others.
And finally the day of exhibition came!  Everybody was excited and anxious to show the work done. Parents were surprised and pleased with the students´ ability to explain these quite difficult topics and the creativity they put into it… Well done 6th form!
